i love the time when I’m falling in love with a new album, particularly a long awaited one. i’m at the spot when that one song speaks to my soul and i want to mainline it, listen to it over and over and over again on eternal loop, but for the fact that i feel the same love for the 3-song sequence it kicks off. and then i am left confused about how to proceed and what part of this whole thing that i love so much do i ingest and why oh why is the world so cruel that i can’t be locked in a room undisturbed for 7 hours and 13 days, just me & my headphones?
